My performance work springs from a lifetime of research in physicality. Pulling from dance, martial arts, circus, Grotowski-style devising, and Voice Movement Therapy techniques, I seek to embody my characters and experiences in every small moment. 

I have a decade of experience in immersive and interactive theater, site-specific work, small and large audience interactions, in ensemble and solo. I'm experienced in creating my own characters from the ground up. I'm comfortable with both improv and long monologues. 

I sing, write my own songs, and play several instruments. I especially love multidisciplinary and multimedia work, anything that allows me to blend skills and experiences and try something new!
